• Wallet address — to deploy and link your Gnosis Safe
• Beneficiary information — names and email addresses you provide for your inheritance plan
• Check-in activity — timestamps of your periodic liveness confirmations (stored on-chain)
• Usage data — anonymous analytics to improve the platform (pages visited, features used)

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys or seed phrases — ever, under any circumstances
• Government ID or KYC documentation (unless required by law in your jurisdiction)
• Financial transaction history beyond what is publicly visible on-chain
• Biometric data

5. On-Chain Data

Certain actions — including wallet connections, check-ins, verifier votes, and asset transfers — are recorded on public blockchains (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum). This data is public by nature and cannot be deleted. We have no control over on-chain data once a transaction is confirmed.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Legal partners — solely for the purpose of generating and validating your legal will document
• Service providers — email delivery, analytics, and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
